How It Works
Our program is an 8-week commitment with a simple, consistent structure designed around your life.
STEP 1
Initial Consultation
Before anything else, you’ll meet with one of our providers for a comprehensive evaluation to determine whether this is the right fit for you. We’ll review your history, discuss your symptoms, and answer any questions you have before moving forward.
STEP 2
Your Treatment Sessions
Your treatment consists of 15 sessions over 8 weeks, with each session lasting approximately 45 minutes. During each session you’ll wear a comfortable EEG headset while engaging with a personalized computer simulation — training your brain to regulate the activity associated with your PTSD symptoms. No trauma revisiting. No medication. Just you and your brain, learning to heal.
STEP 3
Ongoing Support
You are never alone in this process. Our team sits with you through every session, checking in on how you’re feeling and supporting you every step of the way. Booster sessions are available as needed after your initial treatment regimen.

What to Expect
Side Effects Are Rare and Mild
Our program is well tolerated by the vast majority of patients. In clinical studies, 90% of patients completed the full treatment regimen. The most common side effects were mild fatigue and headache, which resolved after treatment without any further intervention. Your safety and comfort are monitored throughout every session.
