Contact us through our website or by phone. A member of our team will follow up promptly to schedule your consultation call.
STEP 2
Consultation Call
We will set up a brief consultation call to learn more about what you are experiencing and make sure we are the right fit for your needs.
STEP 3
Complete Your Forms
If you decide to move forward, we will send your intake forms through SimplePractice, our secure patient portal. Please complete these before your first appointment so your provider can arrive prepared.
STEP 4
Your First Appointment
For In-person Visits
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so we can take care of any remaining paperwork and get everything in order before your appointment begins.
For Telehealth Visits
Find a quiet, private space before your appointment starts. Make sure your device is charged and your internet connection is stable.

In-Person Visits
We are located at 1735 Keller Springs Rd, Suite 204, Carrollton, TX 75006.
Parking
Park anywhere in the parking lot. We recommend parking on the back side of the building — the side without the stairs — for the easiest access.
FINDING US
If you enter from the back of the building: Head straight in and we are on the left.
If you enter from the front of the building: Head up the stairs and we are on the right.
We are in Suite 204 on the second floor.
Telehealth Visits
Telehealth appointments are conducted through SimplePractice, our secure patient portal. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a link to join your session. All you need is a device with a camera and a stable internet connection.
