What Is Counseling?
Counseling is a collaborative process between you and a licensed therapist — a dedicated space to explore what’s holding you back, develop healthier patterns, and build the tools to move forward. It’s not about being told what to do. It’s about being truly heard, and finding your own way through.
Our counselors are licensed professionals trained in evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. They work with children, teens, and adults across a wide range of challenges — meeting you exactly where you are.

Reach out through our contact form or give us a call. We’ll match you with the right counselor based on your needs, preferences, and availability. All sessions are via telehealth, so you can connect from wherever you’re most comfortable.

Meet Your Counselor
Your first session is a chance to get to know each other. Your counselor will listen to what’s brought you in, ask questions, and begin to understand your goals. There’s no pressure — just an open, honest conversation about where you are and where you want to be.
STEP 3
Begin Your Healing Journey
Together, you and your counselor will build a plan that fits your life. Sessions are consistent, collaborative, and tailored to you — drawing on evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care to help you make real, lasting progress.
Types of Counseling

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
One-on-one sessions with a licensed counselor focused entirely on you — your goals, your story, your pace. Whether you’re working through anxiety, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, individual counseling gives you a private space to do the work.
COUPLES COUNSELING
Relationships take work, and sometimes the patterns that hurt us are hard to see from the inside. Couples counseling helps partners improve communication, rebuild trust, work through conflict, and strengthen the foundation they share.
Our Counseling Partner
Our counseling team is provided in partnership with Tidemark Therapy. All five of our counselors practice with Tidemark, bringing you access to a dedicated network of experienced, licensed therapists.
